Partners in Recovery

What exactly do we need to help link people to their Community?

Picture
Partners in Recovery (PIR) is a Federal Government funded initiative aims to support people with severe and persistent mental illness with complex needs and their carers and families, by getting multiple sectors, services and supports they may come into contact with (and could benefit from) to work in a more collaborative, coordinated and integrated way.

My Community Directory has provided the information tools needed for local PIR Partners to create connections between people with mental illness and the local agencies that can provide support.

Please visit our Partner websites (listed above) to see My Community Directory in action for local communities.
