Other terms used to describe web widgets include:&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portlet">portlet</a>,&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_part">web part</a>, gadget, badge, module, snippet and flake.
